Bubbly champagne floats

Okay Seattle, you have GOT to make up your mind about this weather.  One day it's 61 and then the next it's 75!!!  What gives???!!

I know it's only the second week of October, but I am RRRRRRREADY for some fall weather around here.  I have a feeling I'll be wearing my Saltwater sandals well into November at this rate (not that I'm complaining too much about that).

Here's a little easy bubbly concoction to enjoy any time of year:

 All you do is fill a glass half full of champage, and carefully drop in a few scoops of sorbet.  My fave with this is strawberry....... YUM!

Then, grab your glass and your dude, and stroll through the beautiful scenery that October gives us.  Pretty breathtaking afternoon if you ask me.

I've got a LOT of these strolls planned this month.  Especially since one of my 4 fall goals is to walk Tootie every day.

Pretty sure these are my new favorite thing.  In the world.

Hope you are enjoying some warm cider on your fall days friends!!  Cause here in Seattle, we are still wearing sandals and drinking cold cocktails. :)
