Bubbly champagne floats

Okay Seattle, you have GOT to make up your mind about this weather.  One day it's 61 and then the next it's 75!!!  What gives???!!

I know it's only the second week of October, but I am RRRRRRREADY for some fall weather around here.  I have a feeling I'll be wearing my Saltwater sandals well into November at this rate (not that I'm complaining too much about that).

Here's a little easy bubbly concoction to enjoy any time of year:

All you do is fill a glass half full of champage, and carefully drop in a few scoops of sorbet.  My fave with this is strawberry....... YUM!

Then, grab your glass and your dude, and stroll through the beautiful scenery that October gives us.  Pretty breathtaking afternoon if you ask me.

I've got a LOT of these strolls planned this month.  Especially since one of my 4 fall goals is to walk Tootie every day.

Pretty sure these are my new favorite thing.  In the world.

Hope you are enjoying some warm cider on your fall days friends!!  Cause here in Seattle, we are still wearing sandals and drinking cold cocktails. :)

  1. LOL! Cold cocktails in October, huh?! They look really yummy though, so enjoy them in the warm weather while you can. :)

    1. I'm attempting to enjoy the sunshine, since it will rain here for the next 9 months or so. SO weird to go pumpkin patching in 75 degree weather though. :)

  2. I wish it was 75 degrees! Down here in SoCal it's been like 90's+! Yikes! Those drinks do look delicious! I will have to try it soon!

    1. Hey there! Adding ice cream to anything makes it pretty much amazing. :)
      Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Delish! And I was just in Seattle for a quick second over the weekend!
    It's such a gorgeous place.

  4. It was 46 degrees yesterday here in Philadelphia and I was wishing that I had your weather. TOO COLD FOR THIS FLORIDA GAL!

  5. Cute and bubbly.. just like your header! Love it! Enjoy that crazy weather... it's still beauty as the leaves change! Hey, did you get all married yet? ;o)

    1. Hey Mel! Not married yet..... the date is set for next August. Seems like forever away now but I know it will fly by. Thanks for the sweet comment!

I love your comments! I read each and every one, and they brighten my day.
