December tradition: The Tree!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!!!  Yippee!!!

I am a huuuuuge lover of real Xmas trees.  Even in our teeny apartment, we still get a tiny 3 footer. :)


What do you guys think???  Real tree or fake???  To me, one of the best smells in the world is a real Christmas tree.  There's just nothing like it.  I love when it's dark out and all the lights are off except the tree.  So pretty......

Well...... it's supposed to snow here in Seattle this week, which is CRAZY talk!  Here's to waking up tomorrow to a gorgeous white snowy morning with so much snow I can't make it to work!  Then, some hot coffee and tree gazing.

    Fake tree! It makes me sad that people kill a tree just to put in it their house for a little while.

    These pictures made me smile. Lots of Christmas pickles...? What's up with that? Shawn and I use a fake tree mainly because we get multiple years of uses out of it, it's easier to maintain, and the cat doesn't want to climb it. For the nice smell I use organic candles.

    You look so lovely in these pictures! I absolutely love your bangs. I never had a real tree growing up, so I always stick to the fake ones. I'm and almost certain that if I got a real one my dogs would pee on it or try to eat it or something horrible.

      ha! That awesome jacket is from ModCloth. Could've guessed that one huh? Seems like everything is from ModCloth these days.
      aaaaaaand YES! That is a turntable clock! One of my favorite things. :)
